RATS represents fine art limited edition prints by photographer Grove Pashley of Los Angeles.

These prints are the first public offering of Pashley's work after the many inquirers he has received about his off-beat approach to this unique subject matter. The photographs were never intended to be sold, shot only as a labor of love through a developing passion he found in photographing these misunderstood creatures.

Pashley observes, "It came as a surprise to me that so many people wanted to own a print of my work so I just had to make them available. It seems anyone who owns a pet rat has seen my work... it's amazing to me".

The first exhibition of Pashley's work took place in Los Angeles at the Brewery Art Walk in 2002. He was overwhelmed by the response at this event as it became apparent to him that there was a sizable market for his rodent photography and it was time to make them available.

The limited editions are all signed and numbered as original prints reproduced to the finest standards. Each transparency / negative has been drum scanned at a very high resolution and each print is individually supervised by the artist. Prints are made with six pigmented inks on heavyweight archival cotton rag paper for museum quality stability.

Signed and numbered editions of 50 prints are available.
